Service terms

Last updated November 6, 2026. These are the plain terms of our service.

Service

We remove dog waste from the yard areas we can safely reach, on the schedule you choose. You agree to give us safe access and to tell us about any dogs, hazards or access changes.

Payment

Recurring plans are billed monthly. Your first visit may be priced higher if your yard has not been cleaned recently, and we will tell you that price before we start.

Cancelling

There is no contract. Pause or cancel by text at any time with no fee. Anything you have prepaid for future visits is refunded.

The Poof Promise

• Spotted something: send a photo by 11:59pm on your visit day. We check that spot first on your next regular visit at no charge, and may come sooner if we are nearby. No refund or credit applies. Waste left after our finish time, shown in your visit text, is picked up on your next visit.
• Moved visit: you hear that day and we return within 48 hours, or that visit is free.
• Gate photo: if we do not send one, that visit is free.

What we can see

Waste removal is a visual service. We walk the whole yard carefully, but we cannot guarantee finding waste hidden by tall grass, heavy leaves, debris or standing water, or waste in areas we cannot safely reach.

Dogs and gates

We take real care with gates, and we photograph the latch on each visit. Please check your gate regularly and let us know if a latch is damaged. We may skip a visit if a dog or a condition makes it unsafe to enter, and we will text you if we do.

Health Heads-Up

Anything we tell you about what we saw in your yard is an observation and not veterinary advice. Not getting a message from us does not mean your dog is healthy. Please talk to your vet about any concern.
