Poof

Same day. Whole yard. Gate latched.

Here is exactly what we do when we come to your home, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Curious how it works?

Watch a visit, start to latch.

  1. We text when we are close.

No waiting around and no guessing. You do not need to be home.

  2. Gate first, dogs second.

If your dog is out, we say hello and keep them clear of the gate before we step through it.

  3. Then we walk it in lanes.

Like mowing, fence to fence, so no corner gets skipped. Every spot is picked up, including under the deck stairs and along the fence line.

  4. Something looks off? You hear about it.

Blood, worms or several very loose stools can be an early sign your dog needs a vet. We are not vets, but we see the yard every week, so we tell you what we saw.

  5. It leaves with us.

Bagged, sealed and taken away, at no extra charge. Nothing left to bake in your bin in a Georgia August.

  6. Gate latched. Photo sent.

We check the latch, photograph it and send it to you before we leave. Then boots and tools get cleaned before the next yard.

Poof Sample texts

  • Morning! We are about 10 minutes from your yard.
  • Heads up: one very loose stool by the back fence. Could be nothing, but you would want to know.
  • Poof. Finished at 10:42am. 12 spots gone and taken away. Gate latched.

Getting started takes about two minutes

  1. See your price. Choose your dogs, schedule and yard size on the pricing page.
  2. Send your address. We confirm your route day and first visit date by text.
  3. Tell us about your gate and your dog. Codes, quirks, nervous dogs, invisible fences. We keep these notes for every visit.
  4. First visit. If it has been a while since the last clean, your first visit is a bigger one, and we tell you the cost up front.
  5. Then we just show up. Same day each week, with a text and a gate photo every time.

The details most companies skip

Dog safety

We find out where your dog is before we open the gate. On the way out we check the latch twice, then photograph it. If something about the gate or a dog does not feel safe, we do not go in, and we text you to work it out.

Keeping germs out

A scooper walks through many yards in a day. Boots and tools are cleaned between properties, because a new puppy's yard should not get whatever was in the last one.

Disposal

Waste is bagged, sealed and taken with us as part of the price. If you would prefer we use your bin, just say so.

When things go wrong

They sometimes will. The Poof Promise spells out exactly what happens when they do, so you never have to argue about it.
