Poof

One less email to the board.

Common areas, walking paths, entrances, swim and tennis clubs. If it gets complaint emails to the board, we can take it off your list.

What we do for communities

  • Common-area scooping on a set schedule
  • Pet waste stations, supplied, installed, emptied and restocked with bags
  • A visit report after each service, so the board can show residents the work is getting done
  • One point of contact, who answers texts

Why boards ask for this

The CDC says that picking up dog poop reduces the spread of disease to people and other animals, and metro Atlanta's water supply depends on a river that rain runs into. Beyond that, nobody wants the sidewalk by the pool to be the thing residents remember about the neighborhood.

Pricing

Community pricing depends on how many stations you have, how much area we cover and how often we come, so we walk the property and send a written quote. We do not ask for a long-term contract.

What to send us

Your community name, a rough count of existing stations and the areas that draw the most complaints. A board member or a property manager can start the conversation.
