What Does a Pooper Scooper Cost in East Cobb?

Many companies around here do not publish full prices. We looked at the ones that do.

When we checked public websites for companies working in metro Atlanta in November 2026, advertised weekly prices ran from about $12 to $29 per visit for one dog. Advertised one-time cleanups started at around $85 to $100. Some companies serving East Cobb publish no prices at all and ask you to request a quote.

Those are starting prices, and "starting at" often does not cover your yard. Prices change, so check directly before you compare.

What moves the price

  • Number of dogs. Most companies add a few dollars for each extra dog.
  • Frequency. More visits usually means a lower price per visit, because there is less to pick up each time.
  • Yard size. Half an acre under oak trees takes longer than a small flat lawn.
  • Time since the last clean. A first visit after several months is a much bigger job.
  • Disposal. This one is easy to miss. Some companies leave waste in your bin, and some charge for hauling it away.

What we charge

We charge $24 per visit for one dog, weekly, on up to half an acre. That is about $104 a month. We are in the upper half of that range on purpose, because haul-away, gate photos and a written promise are all included. You can see your exact price here.

Five things to check before you sign up with anyone

  1. What does that price include? Ask about haul-away, extra dogs and yard size.
  2. Where does the waste go? If it goes in your bin, picture that bin in July.
  3. What happens when they miss a visit? "100% satisfaction" means little without specifics. Ask what you actually get.
  4. How do they keep your dog safe? Ask how they check the gate, and whether you get proof.
  5. Are they insured, and do they clean tools between yards? Both are fair questions. A good company will be glad you asked.

Is it worth paying for?

It depends on what your time and your yard are worth to you. At about $24 per visit, it costs less than most people would want to be paid to do the job themselves. If you do not mind doing it and you keep up with it, you may not need us, and that is fine.
